~ THE STORY ~

From a music major in college and after an extensive Career as a musician, I transitioned to the world of business and Salon ownership. Opening several locations, selling four salons along the way, winning an award for ‘One of the Top Ten Salons in Pennsylvania,’ being chosen for a reality TV pilot and writing three books are just a few of my accomplishments.

My approach to leadership created a values-based business that resulted in successful and premier salons. Now, I am dedicated and energized to bring my thoughts and principles to other salon professionals in a presentation that I like to call an experience. This can be tailored for the salon staff or for owners and managers.
